17-year-old Lar Su'a is the Institute of Chartered Accountants' Young Managing Director of the Year.
He heads up Caring & Co, which was launched by five Manurewa High School students a year ago as part of the Young Enterprise Scheme.
They created their own extra virgin olive oil, and every bottle sold funds a local child through the Life Education Trust programme.
The company has been so successful, it's funded enough spaces for every child at a local primary school.
